Dr. Fabia Brauckhoff advises companies on all employment law issues, with a focus on working time and remuneration issues, such as the structuring of bonus or other incentive models. She has particular expertise in the financial services environment, especially at the interface between employment and regulatory law, for example in relation to regulatory remuneration requirements.
